When you send a message via Toppako, you can choose to send the message with the name you used to create your account or an alternative, name.
For instance, you could use a name that is unique and familiar to you both, rather than your first name.
Enable SMS / Email
You can take control of how you wish to receive messages. Do you have a preference for SMS or email?
Your default message type was set when you created your member account. If you received the verification code via SMS, your account will automatically be set to just receiving SMS. If you selected email, your account will be set to receiving emails. If you chose both then, your account will be set to both SMS and email.
You can change your preference at any time.
Notification quiet period
With this setting, you can restrict when messages are received into your account. Toppako captures messages and “holds” them until the quiet period finishes. After that time, messages are sent to your account and/or devices, depending on your settings.
You can choose how your messages are received, stored and sent.
If you wish to only access messages via your online account, enable this setting and disable auto delivery. This will prevent any messages from being delivered to your mobile device. All messages will need to be retrieved by logging into your account.
If you prefer to have messages directed to your email and SMS on your mobile device, select "auto delivery".
