Please check your connection’s non-Toppako mobile and/or email details in your Toppako account:
In your Account Settings / Manage My Preferences area:
If you wish to add SMS or email, select the method to add.
If you accepted an invitation to join Toppako, please ask the person who invited you to:
Check the method that they have chosen to receive messages:
- if they have only enabled SMS – you can only send messages via text
- if they have only enabled email – you can only send messages via email
As a connection, you do not need to sign-up as a member to communicate with the person who invited you.
