Sending an email via Toppako is the same as any other email. It's as simple as opening a new email and creating your message.
Please note that your personal email address will appear in the “From” field
however, when your email is sent to your Toppako connection,
they will only see your Toppako email and not your personal email address.
To ensure all your texts are reviewed and filtered by Toppako, please ensure they are sent to your Toppako email.
All the messages you send via Toppako are reviewed and filtered by Toppako's Message Monitor. If it detects expletives, threatening words or negative tone, your message may not be delivered.
Toppako will let you know if that happens, giving you a second chance to resend your message.
If you have a Toppako membership, you can view your message history in your account.
