After logging in to your account, select dashboard if it does not automatically display.
In the My Connections area, select "Add Connection". Complete the details for each person you would like to add to your account. 
After each contact has been added, they will appear in the "My Connections" area as unconfirmed. After they accept the invitation, the status will change to "active".
You can change how you wish to receive and send emails for your contacts in the "Account Settings" area. If you wish to send and receive emails and SMS please ensure that both of these are selected in your account.
Please note: that if you only want to receive messages via one method (SMS or email) and your contact attempts to send a message via that method, it will not be delivered to your account.
